What happens to the returned bouquets?
We carefully check and inspect the returned bouquets. Whenever possible, we reuse the materials, thereby extending the lifespan of the flowers and contributing to a sustainable approach.
Can I exchange any bouquet for a new bouquet?
Yes, you can exchange any bouquet from Blooming Good for a 25% discount on a new bouquet from the same size category. This applies to all bouquets you have purchased from us.
Do I need to pay the shipping costs when exchanging my bouquet?
No, when exchanging your bouquet, we do not charge any additional shipping costs. The costs for returning the old bouquet are on us.
Can I exchange my bouquet for a different size bouquet?
You can exchange your bouquet for a new bouquet from the same size category to benefit from a 25% discount. If you wish to switch to a different size bouquet, the regular prices for that specific size will apply.
