Terms and Conditions of the Re-bloom service
- All artificial flowers from the bouquet must be returned.
- The unique discount code can only be used once and is non-transferable.
- The Re-bloom service cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
- Blooming Good reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms of the Re-bloom service at any time.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to purchase a bouquet online, no matter how many photos and close-ups we show. Therefore, we want to make the process as simple as possible if you wish to return or exchange an artificial bouquet.
You have 14 days to decide whether you are happy with your purchase. Does the artificial bouquet not quite fit your interior? Then you can return the artificial bouquet for free.
Follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Register your return via our return portal.
- Make sure the item is in its original packaging.
- The item must be in good condition, unused and undamaged.
- Be aware that the item must not smell of smoke, food odors, or other strong scents.
Note:
At Blooming Good, we strive to make everything as clear and easy as possible. However, please be aware that if the products you wish to return do not meet our return conditions, we are unfortunately unable to accept or process them. This also means that we cannot proceed with a refund in such cases.
Returning vases
At Blooming Good, we understand that our vases are fragile. Therefore, due to their breakability, we generally advise against returning vases.They can easily break during transport, which would be a disappointment for everyone. If you have any doubts about a purchase, please feel free to contact us before you order. We can help you make an informed choice.
Every vase we ship is thoroughly checked to ensure it is in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we ask you to report this within 4 days of receipt. We cannot process reports that come in later than this period.
